These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FMD Service & Membership Guide and your engagement with the services provided by Finesse Mobile Detailers Limited, a company registered in Jamaica. By accessing this guide or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Finesse Mobile Detailers Limited provides professional mobile vehicle detailing services including exterior washing, interior detailing, restoration treatments, and subscription-based maintenance plans under the FMD Club programme. All services are delivered at the client's specified location, subject to coverage availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any location deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our operational coverage area.
2. FMD Club Membership
- FMD Club membership is a contractual subscription with a minimum 3-month commitment.
- Membership rates, inclusions, and tier benefits are as published in this Service & Membership Guide and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Members are billed monthly at their confirmed Club rate regardless of service utilisation within that billing period.
- Finesse Mobile Detailers Limited reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of these terms, non-payment, or repeated policy violations.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and are subject to change. Current pricing is as displayed in this guide at time of booking.
- Prices are subject to periodic review in line with rising operational costs including fuel, chemicals, and materials. Finesse Mobile Detailers Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice to existing clients and Club members.
- Payment is accepted via cash on delivery or direct deposit to our BNS or NCB accounts from any bank.
- Additional travel charges apply for locations outside Corporate Kingston and Portmore.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are governed by our Booking, Cancellation & Service Policy, available in the footer of this guide. By booking a service, you agree to those terms in full.
5. Liability
- Finesse Mobile Detailers Limited takes all reasonable care in the delivery of services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on any vehicle.
- We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle before or after service.
- Our liability in any claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from service delivery or delay.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Service & Membership Guide — including the FMD brand name, logo, "Where Luxury Meets Convenience" tagline, service tier names (FMD Refresh, FMD Deluxe, FMD Premium, FMD Club, and all associated tier names) — are the intellectual property of Finesse Mobile Detailers Limited. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or use of any brand assets or pricing structures is strictly prohibited.
7. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to treat Finesse Mobile Detailers team members with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any client who engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward our team.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
